T Sports

T Sports (also referred to as Titas Sports) is a Bengali-language sports network based in Dhaka and the first dedicated 24-hour sports television channel in Bangladesh.

• Launch & Ownership: Launched on November 9, 2020, the channel is owned by East West Media Group, a major media subsidiary of the conglomerate Bashundhara Group. It added a dedicated High Definition feed (T Sports HD) in January 2021.

• Cricket Broadcasting: The channel is a prominent broadcaster of domestic and international cricket in Bangladesh, covering tournaments like the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the Bangabandhu T20 Cup, bilateral home and away series of the Bangladesh national cricket team, and major ICC events.

• Football Coverage: T Sports holds key broadcast rights for Bangladeshi domestic football—including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL Football) and Federation Cup—as well as major international football tournaments such as the FIFA World Cup and regional SAFF fixtures.

• Diverse Sports Programming: Beyond mainstream cricket and football, the network regularly televises coverage of traditional and emerging sports such as kabaddi (including the Bangabandhu Cup), hockey, volleyball, badminton, and athletics.

• Digital Streaming: Alongside linear television broadcasts, the network provides live mobile and web streaming with on-demand highlights through its official T Sports App and subscription portal.
