Sony Sports Ten 5 (formerly known as Sony Six) is an Indian pay-television sports channel owned and operated by Culver Max Entertainment (Sony Pictures Networks India). It functions as one of the flagship English-language multi-sport destinations within the Sony Sports Network.

• Origins & Rebranding: The channel originally launched in April 2012 as Sony Six, serving as Sony’s first dedicated 24-hour sports network in India. On October 24, 2022, as part of a complete corporate rebranding across Sony’s sports broadcasting portfolio, it was integrated under the Ten brand and renamed Sony Sports Ten 5.

• Cricket Broadcasting: Historically, the channel was a core broadcast home for major cricket properties, including early seasons of the Indian Premier League (IPL). It frequently airs bilateral international cricket series involving boards licensed to Sony (such as the England and Wales Cricket Board, Sri Lanka Cricket, and New Zealand Cricket).
