Synopsis
Fox Cricket (often referred to in the context of Fox Sports Cricket) is an Australian 24/7 subscription television network dedicated entirely to cricket broadcasts and original programming. It is owned by Fox Sports Pty Limited (part of the Foxtel Group).
Launch: Debuted on September 17, 2018, as part of a historic multi-year broadcast rights agreement with Cricket Australia, replacing Fox Sports 501.
Domestic & International Coverage: Broadcasts every home Australian men’s and women’s international fixture (Tests, ODIs, and T20Is), alongside full coverage of the Big Bash League (BBL) and Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL). It also televises domestic tournaments like the Sheffield Shield and Marsh One-Day Cup, as well as major overseas tours and ICC events.
Broadcast Features: Widely known for delivering ad-break-free coverage during live play and offering dedicated 4K Ultra HD match feeds.
